When life gives you lemons, make lemonade! Quench your thirst with this pretty pink lemonade!
Ingredients (4 Glasses)
2 Lemons, cut into quarters
800g Sparkling Water, chilled
30g Beetroot
90g Rock Sugar
Directions
- Place rock sugar into mixing bowl and grind Turbo/ 2s/ 2 times.
- Add lemons, beetroot and water, blend Turbo/ 2s/ 1 time. Insert simmering basket, hold it in place with spatula and strain lemonade into jug. Serve immediately.
