THERMOMIX BLACK SESAME SOUP

Ingredients (Serves 3)

  • 50g Walnuts
  • 100g Black Sesame Seed
  • 50g Glutinous flour
  • 30g Sugar
  • 500g Water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 150oC. Lay walnuts and black sesame seed onto a baking tray and toast it in the oven for 15 minutes at 150oC. Set aside and allow it to cool.
  2. Place the toasted walnuts into mixing bowl and blend 10s/ Speed 7.
  3. Add water, sugar, glutinous flour and black sesame seed into mixing bowl and cook for 10 mins/ 100oC/ Speed 1.
  4. Lastly, mix well at 3 mins/ Speed 10. Serve hot.
