Ingredients (Serves 3)
- 50g Walnuts
- 100g Black Sesame Seed
- 50g Glutinous flour
- 30g Sugar
- 500g Water
- Preheat oven to 150oC. Lay walnuts and black sesame seed onto a baking tray and toast it in the oven for 15 minutes at 150oC. Set aside and allow it to cool.
- Place the toasted walnuts into mixing bowl and blend 10s/ Speed 7.
- Add water, sugar, glutinous flour and black sesame seed into mixing bowl and cook for 10 mins/ 100oC/ Speed 1.
- Lastly, mix well at 3 mins/ Speed 10. Serve hot.
