Jojo is an avid sourdough baker and experienced Thermomix® demonstrator. A busy working mother juggling with her full-time Thermomix® career, Jojo never fail to amaze everyone with her daily bakes.
Choky
Choky is a freelance baking instructor, specialising in bread and sourdough making. He enjoys teaching and sharing the process of baking with sourdough and helping others troubleshoot their sourdough challenges – whether related to timing, proofing, cultivation or baking methods.
