Braised Chicken Feet 焖鸡脚

Ingredients A

20g          garlic

10g          ginger

Ingredient B

1kg          chicken feet

5pcs        Dried chilli

2pcs        star anise (optional)

1pc          cinnamon stick (optional)

Seasoning

20g          oyster sauce

20g          dark sauce

20g          soy sauce

30g          red yeast paste

10g          sugar

1tsp        salt

500g       water

Method

  1. Place ingredients A into TM bowl to chop 1 sec/Turbo.
  2. Place ingredients B and seasoning into TM Bowl to cook at 45min/98oC/ Reverse/ Speed 1, and 15min/Varoma/ Reverse/ Speed 1.

20克        蒜头

10克        姜

食材 B

1公斤       鸡脚

5条         辣椒干

2粒         八角(随意)

1枝         肉桂(随意)

调味料

20克        蚝油

20克        黑酱油

20克        酱青

30克        红槽

10克        糖

1茶匙       盐

500克       清水

做法

  1. 将食材A倒入主锅,以1秒/速度Turbo搅碎.
  2. 将食材B倒入主锅,以45分钟/98oC/ Reverse/ 速度1烹煮后, 再以15分钟/Varoma/ Reverse/  速度1烹煮.
