Cooked Poke Bowl with Thermomix®

Poke bowls have become a popular and beloved dish, known for their vibrant flavors and fresh ingredients. Traditionally featuring raw tuna, fresh veggies, and a rice base, poke bowls offer a refreshing taste of Hawaiian cuisine. Today, we’re taking a creative approach by introducing a delicious cooked version of this classic dish, all made effortlessly with the help of Thermomix®!

While raw tuna is the hallmark of a traditional poke bowl, we’re opting for a cooked version to cater to those who prefer their meals cooked for various reasons. Whether you’re cooking for children or anyone with health concerns about raw food, this cooked poke bowl is a flavorful and safe alternative that doesn’t compromise on taste.
