Ingredients
- 100 g long grain white rice
- 80 g glutinous white rice
- 30 g white chia seeds
- 70 g potato starch
- 70 g sorghum flour
- 100 g arrowroot flour
- 5 ¼ tsp gluten free baking powder
Directions
- Place rices and chia seeds into mixing bowl and mill 1 min/speed 9. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add all remaining ingredients and mix 15 sec/speed 6.
- Transfer into a sealable storage jar or container until ready to use.
