About our instructors
Fiona Seow
Best known for her participation in MasterChef Singapore Season 3, Fiona specialises in Peranakan cooking. She has hosted several popular Thermomix® tutorials such as Taiwanese Beef Coin noodles and Orh nee/Yam Swirl Flaky Skin Mooncake making. She is a full-time cooking instructor and will be sharing with participants the process and recipes to make and wrap Ku Chai Kueh and Orh Kueh from scratch using the Thermomix®.
Yiman Eng
A keen baker, Yiman has hosted several Thermomix® tutorials on Hong Kong style bakery butter cookies. This time, she will be guiding the participants the method and recipe to make her signature Kueh Salat. If you love custardy kueh salat atop savoury glutinous rice infused with blue pea flowers, you must not miss this workshop to learn how to make Kueh Salat from scratch with the Thermomix®.
