This is a heavy-duty stainless steel trivet, custom-designed to fit the dish of the Varoma (all models of Thermomix).
The raised level prevents the Varoma steam holes from being blocked, maximising steam circulation for even cooking in your Varoma.
Alternatively, this trivet can be used for:
