Effective 1st October 2024, Vorwerk, the original manufacturer of Thermomix®, will set up a subsidiary to manage and grow this strategic market directly.

Here are answers to some questions you may have :

Vorwerk is the original manufacturer of Thermomix® and the number one direct sales company in Europe, as well as the world-leading direct seller of high-quality household appliances. As a recognition of the success of Thermomix® in Singapore, the Vorwerk Group is setting up its own subsidiary in Singapore, effective 1 October 2024, to step up investment and to directly steer the development here. This means the Singapore community may soon have access to more products and services from Vorwerk!

There is essentially no difference to you as a user. You will continue to get customer service, product repair service and warranty support.

The Future of Cooking will continue to service Thermomix®  sold before 30 September 2024.
A transfer of repair service will be made eventually to Vorwerk Singapore. When that happens, all customers will be notified.

New purchases will be supported by Vorwerk Singapore. You may reach out to Vorwerk customer care at 3158 1775 (hotline) or email singapore@customercare.vorwerk.com for support.

The TM6 will available for purchase within the next 2-3 weeks. Please leave us a message at vorwerk.com.sg so that we can reach out to you when the product is available again.

The price of Thermomix® TM6 remains unchanged for Singapore at SGD2,850
