Stir Fried Market Fresh Noodles


  • 500g Fresh Noodles
  • 100g Lean Meat
  • 200g Prawns de-shelled
  • 150g Cabbage, sliced coarsely
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic, skin removed
  • 20g Cooking Oil

Marinating Ingredients

  • 5g Soy sauce
  • 5g Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp Corn Starch
  • 1 tsp pepper


  • 20-25g Premium Dark Soy Sauce
  • 15g Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 400g Water


  1. Marinate the prawns and lean meat at least for 15 minutes
  2. Mince the garlic 1 second / Turbo
  3. Add oil to saute the pork and prawns <2 min/100C/Reverse/Speed Stir
  4. Add seasoning and cabbage and continue to cook <2 min/100C/Reverse/Stir Speed
  5. Add the noodles and cook for <3-5 minutes*/Varoma/Reverse/Stir speed>

*Cooking Tips: Your noodle cooking time depends on the type of noodles used. Yellow noodles requires less time ~around 3min, udon around 4min, thick white noodles in this recipe requires 5min. If unsure about the cooking time of your noodles, start with 3min and increase cooking time if needed.



  • 500克 大绿糆/大粗面(白色)
  • 100克 瘦肉,切片
  • 200克蝦 ,去壳
  • 150克包菜,切大片
  • 三瓣蒜头, 剥皮
  • 20克油


  • 5克酱油
  • 5克 蚝油
  • 一茶匙玉米粉
  • 一茶匙白胡椒粉


  • 20 /25克 黑酱油 (老抽)
  • 15克 酱油
  • 一小撮盐
  • 400克水

1: 虾和瘦肉腌制15分钟
2: 把蒜头放入主锅  《一秒/Turbo 》速度切碎
3: 加入油 炒肉和虾 《两分钟/ 100度/反转键/搅拌速度》
4: 加入调味料和包菜 《两分钟/100度/反转键/搅拌速度》
5: 加入大绿糆 《五分钟/Varoma /反转键/搅拌速度》
