Thermomix® German Butter Cookies and Sprinkle Lollipops with Yi Man Eng and Liza Sumry

Watch Yi Man Eng and Liza Sumry make some delicious German Cookies and Sprinkle Lollipops with the Thermomix®, they are the perfect treats to give this Christmas!

Here are the recipes:

German Butter Cookies 🍪

Ingredients:

125g Unsalted butter

1/4 tsp Seasalt

40g Icing sugar

125g Potato starch80g Prima top flour

15g Cowhead milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract(optional)

Tools needed: Pipping bags, Wilton 2D pipping shell

For the Chocolate and Matcha versions, replace 15g Prima top flour with cocoa powder or matcha powder.

Chocolate version 🍫

65g Prima Top Flour

15g Matcha powder

Directions:

1. Preheat oven at 160°C.

2. Add the butter, seasalt, icing sugar into the mixing bowl and mix for 1min/ speed 4.

3. Add in the potato starch, Prima top flour and cowhead milk into the mixture. You may add in 1/2 tsp vanilla extract as well. Mix 10sec/speed 4.

4. Transfer to pipping bag. Yi Man and Liza piped out the batter but you may roll the dough into balls and press down with a fork if you do not have a piping bag.

5. Bake in oven at 150-160°C(depending on your oven) for 25minutes.
