Muah Chee (Peanut mochi balls) is a popular street snack, typically found in night markets. These bite-size glutinous rice balls coated with a peanut powder and sugar mixture are a delightful treat and oh-so-easy to make with the Thermomix®!

PART 1
200g roasted peanuts
50g sugar
PART 2
300g water
200g glutinous rice flour
30g oil
PART 3
1000g water for steaming
Pre oiled Stainless steel steaming plate
STEPS
1. Grind peanuts and sugar 5sec/speed 8
2. Blend water, oil and flour 1 Minute/speed 6
3. Pour white liquid into pre oiled steaming plate. Place plate in Varoma tray. Steam 25min/ Varoma/Speed 2
